Foot detox
A foot-focused wellness experience.
The archived Life Health & Wellness service page describes a session with lymphatic stimulation, a foot bath, and an infrared foot massage. The details below reflect that archived description; contact our team to confirm the current session format and timing before booking.
The session, clearly explained
What the archived session included
The earlier page described three steps, lasting about an hour altogether:
- Lymphatic stimulation: fully clothed, you lie on a massage table while a device gently moves you side to side for about 10 minutes.
- Foot bath: seated comfortably, you place your feet in a basin of water with the foot-bath module for about 30 minutes.
- Infrared foot massage: after the bath, your feet are rinsed and dried, then placed on an infrared foot massager for about 10 minutes.
The archived page notes that the water may change color during the process. It also explains that color changes can happen even without feet in the water, so the color is not evidence that toxins have been drawn from the body.
Foot detox is offered as a wellness experience, not as a medical treatment. The times and equipment above come from an archived page; please check with our team to confirm what is currently included and the appointment length.
